PHASE I

Project Evaluation

Receipt of Manpower Demand from Principal through Email, Web and Fax with total number required with salary scheme and Job Description.
Entity Responsible: Louis International Manpower Services Inc.

PHASE II

Accreditation Process
Documentary Requirements: (Per POEA-DOLE Guidelines)
  A. Business Registration
  B. Master employment contract (Verified by the Philippine   
       Embassy from work country.)
  C. Job order (Verified by the Philippine Embassy from work
      country.)
  D. Special Power of Attorney (Verified by the Philippines
       Embassy from work country.
  E. Recruitment Agreement (Agreement between Louis International Manpower Services  
       Inc. and its Foreign Partner.)
 
  In the absence of Philippines Embassy form work country, documents B,C and D must
  be verified at the nearest country with Philippine Consulate.
 
  Responsible Entity: Louis International Manpower Services Inc.
 
  Note:
  Documents must be transmitted thru parcel, Electronically sent documents are not
  honored by the POEA-DOLE.


PHASE III

 

  Applicants
Pre-Qualification
4 Days
Louis International Checks / Verifies Applicants Documents / Pre qualify Applicants skills and qualifications / Commend Selected Candidates for Line-up.
  Shortlisting Applicants
1 Day 
Louis International list of Pre-selected Qualified Candidates to be forwarded to the Principal for final selection  
  Final Selection    
1 Day
Principal finalizes the list of approved candidates to be signed by the principal and Louis International.  
  Applicants Sourcing
1 week 
(Depends on the number of category)       Louis International Database:
Placement POEA Approved advertisement in widely Circulated Newspaper and Field Recruiting.

 



PHASE IV

PASSPORTING 10 Days
POEA OWWA Registration 2 Days
VISA FILLING and PROCESS 3 Days
AIRLINE BOOKING 1 Day
 

PHASE V -  Pre-Departure Orientation

Final Briefing of Job Applicant for site Deployment
Total Number of Days: 45 Days
Louis International conduct seminars to overseas bound employee with regards to culture, religion, social, history, climate, government, justice and monetary systems of Countries destination.


PHASE VI - POST DEPARTURE
 
MONITORING OF WORKER'S    - Passing the 90 Days probationary period
                                                          - Adjustment to new working Environment
 
ACCOUNTING CONCERNS    - Receivables from Employers / Clients and deployed workers
 

ASSISTANCE TO RETURNING WORKERS    - Emergency leave/vacationing workers
                                                                                 - Re-deployment
